                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
                   HENSLEY-SCHMIDT, INC., ENGINEERS, RELATIVE
                   TO THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE CHATTANOOGA
                   COMPUTERIZED TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM PHASE II
                   FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-FIVE
                   THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($75,800.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement with Hensley-Schmidt,
       Inc., Engineers, relative to the construction phase of the
       Chattanooga Computerized Traffic Signal System Phase II for an
       amount not to exceed $75,800.00.
